Once a booking has been placed you will get your confirmation email, let's go over what it means. A booking confirmation will have the following information:
- Your name and phone number (or contact details)
- Date(s) for which you reserved our service (including time of pick up and drop off)
- The total fare amount (deposit and outstanding amounts as applicable)
- As well as any other important notes such as cancellation penalties or special requests.
This document is very important to us because it outlines everything we agreed on when making this reservation with you.
